About us
 We have two doctors centres in the South West of Majorca: in Paguera and in Santa Ponsa. We are able immediately to carry out the necessary laboratory analyses in our own laboratory. Both doctors centres are on latest medical standard.
We have an own X-ray equipment for radiography. ECG, exercise ECG, ultrasound with digital color dublex, pulmonary function, gastrointestinal reflections, belong to our spectrum like Chirotherapy, Acupuncture, bone density measuring, nature healing, homoeopathy, diagnostics and therapy of skin diseases and vein suffering, as well as sports medicine.
The specialist centres see themselves as ambulance centres according to policlinics which offers an extensive ambulant medicine, to avoid stationary treatments.
The doctors of our group have the aim to treat up to the long-term complaint liberty if possible and not to confront the patient with the "revolving door medicine", that means control of controls. We are convinces that a healed, content patient takes more words of encouragement to our house than an always new ordered patient.
We place also special value on prophylaxis to protect the people to take us up frequently as repair business. All of us know the beautiful Chinese fairytale, that the Chinese paid for her personal physician, if they remained healthy ...
Under this claim four doctors of our group founded in December 2001 the society “Physio Balear” in Paguera and now also in Santa Ponsa. Because and as essential completion of her therapy strategy the doctors need the cooperation of physiotherapists and masseurs to reach durable complaint liberty to the welfare of the patient.
The cure remains the highest objective in the alliance of patient – doctor - physiotherapist!
Enterprise profile of the DFZ Paguera and Santa Ponsa
Dr. Rainer Büngeler, as the first german doctor for general medicine, founded in 1988 the german medical centre in Majorca. His versatile education on different fields of the medicine made him the "Allround doctor" to become a good family doctor. As such he acted until 1994 in the first german medical surgery in Majorca as a "lone fighter" day and night.
After this the construction of the specialist centres was carried out in Paguera (since 1994) and later also in Santa Ponsa (since 1999) with the aim of a maximum ambulant supply.
A main emphasis of Dr. Rainer Büngeler was it to maintain good and to improve it every day if possible. This has proved oneself very much to the welfare of patients and employees and shall be therefore still continued as many years as possible. Since the death of Dr. Rainer Büngeler into 2004, the centres are managed, in his sense, by his wife Mrs Birgit Büngeler and by medical management of Dr. Andreas Leonhard.
A strong and pleasant team holds together.
The in 2005 founded Dr. Rainer Büngeler foundation supports on the island's living people who cannot afford from own agents a medical supply.
